About the company

LANDEX AGRO LLC (LANDEX) is an agricultural holding born on land that survived the war. Oleksandr Katsuba founded it in December 2024 and owns the group. It works in eight de-occupied communities of the Kharkiv region and brings back jobs, confidence and steady growth.
Its motto is “Reviving the life of Ukrainian land”. It joins the traditions of Ukrainian farming with technology — modern control systems, drones and analytics — and builds community economies that start with every hectare.

What the company does
Crop farming is the core. Besides the big three — wheat, corn and sunflower — the company grows rapeseed, rye, peas and flax for a broader rotation, better margins and healthier soil. In 2026 sunflower and winter wheat take 80% of the area, the rest is flax, rapeseed, peas, chickpeas and soy.
The farm runs on precision agriculture through the Agrocontrol platform: machinery, inputs, field work and harvest in real time.
Cooperation
A large company’s resources supporting small producers in de-occupied and frontline villages.
Machinery hire
150 units — tractors, seeders, ploughs, cultivators, combines — for the full cycle.
Storage and drying
80 kt of storage, grain cleaning and drying, elevator services.
Land shares
Leasing and buying land shares in the Kharkiv region, including plots that need demining.
2026
Demining and safety

As of June 2026, 14,800 ha of the 52,800 ha land bank were still mined. With mine-action operators — Ukrainian Demining Services, Humanitarian Security and the Ukrainian Demining Agency — the company brings fields back into use: in August 2026 it received certificates for 3,297.84 ha in the Oskil community, whose budget will get about UAH 3 million in taxes.
The 2026 harvest came under fire: in July up to 150 ha of wheat were destroyed in the Izium district. “The highest priority is not only to bring in the harvest but to keep every worker alive and well,” says the company’s director Hlib Havrylov. The company has also given electronic-intelligence devices to emergency medical brigades.
The team
The company’s strength is people who are not afraid of hardship: experience, strategic thinking and love of the land.
